Oliver is a Research Manager at  Laterite, an African-based data, research and analytics firm. Based in Laterite’s Kenya office, he leads a portfolio of impact evaluations, data collection efforts and quantitative/qualitative research projects with a focus on public health, agriculture, and education. Oliver has worked on research projects across East Africa for organizations such as CIFF, the Gates Foundation, IFPRI, TechnoServe, and the World Bank. Oliver holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Sussex and an MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, where he specialized in international development and public policy.
